AI doesthe volume. We do the taste.

Generating a hundred options is the easy part. Knowing which three are worth running is the work you are actually paying for.

We agree the idea, the tone and what the work has to do. Written down before anything runs.

Where the machine earns its place. We go wide across formats so there is real choice to edit from.

The judgement is the job. Most of it goes. What survives gets fixed where the model got close.

Drag the handle. Everything on the left is what the model handed back. Everything on the right went through a person.

One idea, re-cut six ways.

Reframing is the unglamorous half of the job. Every crop is set by hand so the subject survives the format.

The fair question

Why not just prompt it yourself?

You can. The tools are the same ones we use, and for a lot of jobs that is genuinely enough. Here is the honest difference.

If your job is on the left of that chart, use the tools and keep your money. If it needs to be on the right, that is what we are for.

Anyone can generate a thousand of these. Deciding which twenty are worth your name on them is the job.

Before you ask

The questions we get every time.

Partly, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Generating is maybe a fifth of the work. The rest is deciding what to generate, throwing almost all of it away, fixing what the model got close to, and cutting the survivors to every placement you need.

Not if we have done our job. Most AI work looks like AI because nobody edited it — the odd hands, the mushy type, the plastic light all survive to publication. Those are the exact things the cut is for.

Yes, wherever the product has to be recognisable. Generated scenes, real product, composited and retouched. Anything else is a shortcut your customers will notice before you do.

You do — the finished assets, the layered source files and the prompts that produced them. If you want to take the whole thing in-house afterwards, you can.

Yes, and it is easier if you have guidelines. If you do not, we will pull the rules out of what you have already published before generating anything.

A first set inside a week is realistic. Faster than that is usually possible and usually a bad idea — the speed comes from generating, and the quality comes from the part that takes a couple of days.
